Order Processing & Shipping Information

At KeshaCreations, all orders are processed in the order they’re received. Some may ship sooner than others depending on the contents. Here's what you can expect:

• DTF Transfers: Shipping within approximately 2-3 business days.
• Apparel & Home Décor: Shipping within approximately 2-3 business days.

Note: This time frame does not apply to custom DTF print orders or pre-orders. Please refer to the specific turnaround times (TAT) below:

• Custom DTF Transfers: TAT is 2-3 business days from the date of artwork approval, as stated on each listing.

These timelines are estimates, but rest assured, our team treats your order with care and works diligently to process everything as quickly as possible.

Business Days: Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are calculated separately from processing times.

Local Pickup – Aurora, IL Location

Orders are available for same-day pickup once processing is complete (during business hours). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Important:
Unclaimed orders will be held for 90 days. After this period, the merchandise becomes property of KeshaCreations and will be restocked for other customers. Refunds will not be provided for unclaimed orders.
